My Father passed hence this was an emotional & heart breaking time. My step bothers & stepsister had control of my Dads wife (their mother) along with all aspects of my Fathers life--- his finacial affairs etc. Given the nastiness experienced with the stepside of this family I had no desire to attempt communication in retrieving a shotgun that my father wxpressly wished for me to have should he pass. I had joined a womesn trap legue 2 years prior & we would pass the shotgun back & forth from Mn to whre I live in Wisco! I reached out to Attorney John Worrell who could NOT have been more compassionate, supportive, measured, explanitory or kind! He interceded on my behalf & after the many endless lies about the location or existence of my fathers shotgunend ---at the end of the day I did indeed take possession of my Dads 70 year old antigue shotgun. The butt was smashed by the one step brother however it is now as good as new! Thanks to Attorney Worrell... Thank you good sir!
